Georg Philipp Telemann directed his first service as Cantor of the five main churches in Hamburg on September 17, 1721. We'll celebrate Telemann's work anniversary with a new release from Simone Eckert and Hamburger Ratsmusik, including world premiere recordings of the cantatas he wrote for his new job.
