Music from Renaissance Spain is the focus of today's show. We'll hear selections from the Colombina Songbook, performed by Hesperion XX, directed by Jordi Savall. Ensemble Daedalus will perform selections from the Segovia Cathedral Songbook, a rich and varied manuscript which contains Franco-Flemish and Italian music as well as Spanish works.
