ROCKPORT CENTER FOR THE ARTS PRESENTS:

ROCKPORT ART FESTIVAL

JULY 6 & 7 | ROCKPORT FESTIVAL GROUNDS

WELCOME TO THE 2024 ROCKPORT ART FESTIVAL

The Art Festival was founded in 1969 to stimulate the economy in Rockport, TX, an emerging art colony on the Texas Coast. Since then, it has become a staple of the Summer season on the coast – over 120+ artists sell their work to over 10,000 art collectors from all over the United States. Currently in its 56th edition, the prestige of the Rockport Art Festival has grown because artists’ work is juried for acceptance to the two-day show.

The Rockport Art Festival also serves as a key fundraiser for Rockport Center for the Arts programs. Proceeds of the Festival, sustain the many free to low-cost programs offered by the Rockport Center for the Arts, a membership based non-profit organization.

Since 1993, on the night before the Festival, the organization hosts the Art Auction Gala, an evening event for 600 patrons and supporters of the organization.

Both events happen on the Festival Grounds, a 4-acre plot between three bodies of water: Aransas Bay; Little Bay; and Rockport Harbor- in an air-conditioned tent with a 14,000 square feet footprint.
