OLIVER RAJAMANI: PREVIEW OF VASI

KMFA Classical 89.5 welcomes Oliver Rajamani to the Draylen Mason Music Studio for a preview event celebrating his 10th album "VASI". Guests will be treated to selections from the album as well as a live interview with Rajamani and KMFA's Dianne Donovan.

The Paramount Theatre will present a full concert with Rajamani accompanied by the 18-piece Zamora Orchestra conducted by Austin Symphony Orchestra Maestro Peter Bay and featuring other guest performers on Sunday, November 12 at 6:00 p.m. at the Paramount Theatre.

After touring internationally, the Paramount performance celebrating the release of “VASI” will mark Rajamani’s first public concert in Austin since 2020.

• Name: Oliver Rajamani

Oliver Rajamani is an Austin, Texas World Music award winner, a nominee of the 2008 US Artist Award and the 2014 nominee of the prestigious German music award “Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik.” Rajamani regularly tours internationally and has recorded and performed with Willie Nelson, Edie Brickel, Eric Johnson, Dale Watson as well as the Gypsy Kings and many others. He has been a featured artist on the NPR BBC radio and KLRU amongst numerous other international radio, TV stations and magazines including the Tedx platform.
