BATTERY_CRITICAL

November 21 at 4:00 p.m. | Draylen Mason Music Studio

Everything is impermanent. Relationships, jobs, and living situations always change in one way or another. BATTERY_CRITICAL explores the inescapable reality of impermanence through the lens of computer technology. This collection of works deals with change, anxiety, and death in a tangible way.

Density512 presents a project featuring percussionist, audio engineer, collective member, and Director of DensitySOUND Jordan Walsh. This production is given as a part of the Electronic Integration Project (EIP), Walsh's ongoing commissioning effort to expand the reach of electronic music in classical settings. BATTERY_CRITICAL will be presented with no audio engineer and no lifeline, just a performer and his laptop.
