Join host Dianne Donovan on May 14th for Rosé in May, a special one-night-only event featuring a beautifully curated multi-course chef’s tasting menu, each course thoughtfully paired with a different Rosé wine.

Meet & Greet Course:

Breadsticks, roasted almonds, edamame, spinach & artichoke dip

Paired with the 2024 Kir-Yianni Amyndeon Akakies Sparkling Rosé

First Course:

Cobia poke with radish, cucumber, avocado, grilled plum in a sesame-rice wine marinade; Paired with the 2024 Zoe Agiorgitiko Rosé from Greece

Second Course:

Jack fish with leeks, rapini, couscous, and lemon caper aioli; Paired with the 2025 Chateau Glassier Cinsault Rosé from Cotes de Provence

Third Course: 

Seared airline chicken breast with fennel and snap peas on quinoa with herb jus lié; Paired with the 2024 Klinker Brick Grenache Rosé from Lodi

Dessert: 

Chocolate bread pudding with candied fruit; Paired with the NV Banfi Brachetto D'Aqui from Montalcino, Italy

Wink Restaurant opened in the Summer of 2001.

It is a "Cook's Kitchen" that fully embraces Farm to Table ideology, as well as Local Farms & Gardens, Small Family Farms, and Sustainable Agriculture. Well over 75% of the items on our menu come from within 100 miles of the restaurant.

The restaurant's philosophy is rooted in the underpinnings of The Slow Food Movement and plain Austin-style Hospitality. We believe that some of the most memorable and meaningful moments in life happen at table while sharing a meal with friends and family.
