Other Media Players

If you want to access KMFA’s stream via Windows Media Player, iTunes, or Winamp by opening the streaming URL directly in those media players:

KMFA Primary:  https://kmfa.streamguys1.com/KMFA-mp3

Windows Media Player

1) Open Windows Media Player

2) Press Ctrl+U on your keyboard > paste the URL above into the window that opens.

 

iTunes

1) Open iTunes

2) File > Open Stream > paste above URL

Winamp

1) Open Winamp

2) ADD > Add URL > paste URL

In all cases the stream may not automatically play, but the program should visibly open the url in some way. Here’s what Windows Media Player looks like after opening the url (only upper-right corner of application shown):
