About

Twilight on the Trail is a one-time special event that will close out The Trail Foundation's 15th anniversary celebrations and help raise critical funds for projects on the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail. The special evening event will be open to the public and held in lieu of TTF's annual State of the Trail breakfast (which is normally reserved for our highest level donors and stakeholders). Like all TTF events, Twilight on the Trail will be the Foundation’s easygoing take on the traditional gala.

Twilight on the Trail will begin with cocktails live music from Woode Wood on the outdoor patio overlooking the Trail and Lady Bird Lake. Woode Wood is the guitar playing, harmonica-blowing entertainer who has become a well known fixture on the Trail over the years— serenading runners, bikers, and anyone else passing by Lou Neff Point (or as he likes to call it, Woode’s Point). Then guests will head into the ballroom where TTF will have brought the Trail indoors with elaborate staging and scenery of some of the Trail’s most iconic projects, landmarks, and milestones.
