In summer, the song sings itself.
-William Carlos Williams, American poet and physician
Dear KMFA Listener,
I hope you’ve had an enjoyable summer, whether you managed to get away, or found yourself among the growing number of people embarking on a ‘staycation’! KMFA is a wonderful oasis of sound, wherever you find yourself. Listening to classical music on KMFA is a wonderful way to relax, calm your mind and forget about the gas prices.
We’ve had a busy summer here at KMFA! We’re looking ahead to see how we can serve you better. You’ve told us that shorter membership drives are very important to you. So, we’re doing some of the legwork early via a late summer phone campaign. This has been a successful effort in the past, and we anticipate the same results this time around. The more members we have onboard before the drive begins, the shorter the drive could be!
KMFA brings you the world’s finest classical music, along with the stories behind the music and the knowledgeable companionship of our announcers. We are a listener-supported radio station, so you are a vital ingredient in the mix! If you receive a membership renewal form in the mail, please mail it in as soon as you can with as much as you can afford to give. We thank you for being a member of KMFA!
